SITE PLAN

• 20 food truck member capacity
• in the Katy / Cinco Ranch area
• several prominent gated communities
• 30 amp power provided
• green-space already there
• seating for guests being added
• shaded areas being added

OPERATION PLAN

• minimum Fridays-Saturdays-Sundays each 10 AM to 8 PM
• 2 shifts of 10 AM to 2 PM and 4 PM to 8 PM
• one or both shifts can be booked online for advanced planning
• allowing contract members for consistent monthly rental rates and priority space
• allowing shift booking for non-contract members 

RENTAL RATE

• contract members $1500/month for 2021
• non-contract members $150/shift (4hrs)
• electronic payment processing instituted

TIMELINE

• Aug site plan utilities and amenities completed
• Sept 2021 planned for grand opening and institution of operation plan

FREE TRAIL PARTICIPATION

1. above the Parks We Manage list select "Participations"
2. the booking calendar will appear and this location's free trial occurs July 2-3-4 of 2021
3. each date has two bookable shifts 10 AM to 2 PM and 4 PM to 8 PM 
4. booking shifts are first-come-first-serve

MEMBER APPLICATION STEPS

1. submit this application
2. wait for our approval response
3. when approved we will email you the contract agreement from support@parkhungry.com
4. sign the contract and return via to our support email
5. APPROVED members will be able to access online schedule where they can plan out their committed dates
